Sempre’s outcomes have consistently outperformed copay cards and are redefining market access. By reaching patients through their health plan as a channel with a behavioral economics-based affordability solution, Sempre allows brands to reach patients with nearly no spend on awareness / marketing, 30% of patients utilizing the program, and 4+ incremental fills in 12 months.
Sempre studied ~93.4K members both enrolled and not enrolled in the dynamic discount adherence program at a large health plan in the Midwest. The enrolled population’s average PDC increased by 17%, with 74% of Sempre members becoming adherent after enrolling (compared to 47% of non-Sempre members)
